After two merry weekends tucked inside the rugby club watching the Six Nations, an elite group of Littlemore players braved the stormy conditions to take on a strong Buckingham side. Unfortunately, I was not able to travel to this match so what follows will be a much abbreviated report.
Buckingham opened up the game with a strong start and got to work on punishing our defence. However the Littlemore men fought bravely throughout the match and were rewarded with several tries, not least an excellent finish from our highland-born flanker, Ben Filmer.
A great effort by all in muddy conditions as we continue to build the skill and structure of our team.
